On 7 November 2026 the 12th edition of Gulfood Manufacturing ended at the Dubai World Trade Centre, where industry leaders showcased advanced production technologies aimed at strengthening food security through improved productivity, cost reduction and operational resilience.
The exhibition was part of a broader cluster that included GulfHost, ISM Middle East and Private Label Middle East, linking the entire food chain from ingredients to packaging and distribution.
Mark Napier, Vice President of inD, noted that the show had attracted a high calibre of international buyers and that serious commercial engagements were underway. “Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 has demonstrated the continued strength of the global food manufacturing industry, with exceptional international attendance and an outstanding calibre of buyers. What has been particularly encouraging is the level of serious commercial engagement on the show floor, with decision‑makers exploring new production lines, evaluating major equipment investments and progressing real business opportunities,” he said.
Napier added that the event’s strong participation reflected Dubai’s resilience and its capacity to support global business amid economic and geopolitical uncertainty, underscoring that food security depends on reliable production, processing and transportation networks.
