In brief

Saudi Press Agency announced that Jeddah will host the sixth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition from November 8‑11, 2026. The event, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the Pilgrim Experience Program, will assemble over 520 entities from more than 150 countries to discuss infrastructure, innovation, and pilgrim services for the 1448 AH Hajj season.

Jeddah will host the sixth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition on Sunday, November 8‑11, 2026, under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi Press Agency reported.

The conference will be held at the Jeddah Superdome and is organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in cooperation with the Pilgrim Experience Program, a Saudi Vision 2030 initiative, according to the agency.

More than 520 government, private, and nonprofit entities from over 150 countries are expected to participate. The exhibition will cover more than 67,000 square metres and feature more than 15 major zones and programmes.

Three main tracks—"Infrastructure and Operational Services," "Empowerment and Integration," and "Development and Sustainability"—will guide the conference schedule. Sessions will cover transportation, logistics, facility management, accommodation, catering, security, healthcare, media, technology, innovation, training, and the pilgrim experience.

The event’s theme is "From Makkah to the World," reflecting the Saudi leadership’s commitment to serving pilgrims. A new awareness and training forum under the theme "From Awareness to Empowerment" will also be introduced, offering programmes and workshops to improve awareness tools, training efficiency, and personnel capabilities.

The conference includes 32 sessions with 42 speakers, including topics such as transportation, catering, technology, healthcare, accommodation, sustainability, media, crowd management, and enhancing the pilgrim experience.

Organizers say the conference is part of early preparations for the 1448 AH Hajj season, helping Hajj affairs offices, service providers, and relevant authorities finalize procedures, arrangements, and contracts while exploring services and solutions to improve readiness and pilgrim services.
