Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is confronting fresh legal trouble as Latroya Grayson has filed a lawsuit in the Southern District of New York (SDNY). Her attorney, Ariel Mitchell, known for representing other individuals claiming mistreatment by Combs, has lodged the complaint. Grayson asserts that she won tickets to a celebratory event known as the 'Black Party' in 2006, hosted by Oklahoma's KJAMZ 105.3 FM, a contest sponsored by Combs and others.

In this lawsuit, which is filed under case number 24-cv-09857, the 45-page complaint outlines Grayson's journey from Oklahoma to New York, allegedly incited by Atlantic Records and its former employee, Mike Savas. At the time of the alleged incident, Grayson was only 23 years old and attended the event as a guest representing her half-sister, who remains unnamed in the court documents. The lawsuit also includes an invitation from Atlantic Records for a party initially scheduled for October 6, 2006, that was postponed abruptly.

During the event, Grayson recalls interacting with members from the 'Making the Band' series and rapper Bonecrusher. Following her consumption of two pre-made drinks, she reports feeling unwell and subsequently lost consciousness. The next moment she remembers is awakening at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in New York with no recollection of how she got there, leading her to suspect she had been drugged, assaulted, and robbed at Combs’ event.

Adding to the gravity of the allegations, Grayson mentions receiving a threatening phone call upon returning home, warning her against pursuing claims against Combs. The lawsuit further elaborates on the supposed racketeering activities connected to Combs, suggesting systemic support from co-defendants that enabled his actions.

Among the defendants is Mike Savas, who served as Promotions Coordinator at Atlantic Records during the alleged incident. Presently, Savas leads a company called SuperFan Live that partners with high-profile musicians and has an active YouTube presence. His adventurous claims of working globally have raised concerns regarding the feasibility of serving legal documents, as there are indications he is currently traveling abroad.

The upcoming legal battle is anticipated to garner significant media attention, considering Combs' prominence in the entertainment industry and the severity of the allegations presented by Grayson.
