HIGH COURT RECEIVES EXPLOSIVE FILING ALLEGING TRANSNATIONAL MEDIA-LEGAL CHILD TRAFFICKING SYNDICATE
Alkiviades David, serving as Public Interest Litigant and Ambassador-at-Large for the Green Economy to Antigua & Barbuda, has filed a groundbreaking supplemental claim with the UK High Court of Justice – King’s Bench Division under Claim No: KB-2025-001991. This legal action alleges that a transnational criminal syndicate is entwined within the media, legal, and psychiatric frameworks of both the United Kingdom and the United States.
Prominent entities implicated in this filing include:
- CBS Interactive, Red Ventures, ViacomCBS
- Boies Schiller Flexner LLP
- BBC News
- Affiliates of the Bronfman, Redstone, and Wexner families
David’s claim accuses these organizations of:
- Hosting and profiting from child sexual abuse material (CSAM) via platforms like LimeWire and Download.com
- Employing illegal psychiatric detentions at establishments such as UCLA to silence whistleblowers
- Laundering editorial content linked to criminality through a partnership formed in 2017 between the BBC and CBS
- Misusing legal systems, as seen in the Alpha Nero yacht incident, to retaliate against those exposing wrongdoing and to hinder justice
In this regard, Mr. David has requested that the Court:
- Refer the allegations to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS)
- Mandate immediate disclosure from the BBC and CBS concerning their syndication and any CSAM-related content
- Safeguard Mr. David from retaliatory legal actions
- Refer the case to the Attorney General and the Privy Council
“THIS IS NO LONGER A QUESTION OF DOCUMENTS. IT IS A QUESTION OF CONSCIENCE.”
Accompanying the filing is a poignant declaration from Mr. David, who reflects on his unyielding commitment to truth informed by his Greek Orthodox faith, Rastafarian wisdom, and dedication to the Church of England. He stated: “If I fall, let it be said I stood for the innocent. If I rise, let it be said I rose for truth. If I am heard, let it be for those whose voices were buried in silence.” — Alkiviades David
BACKGROUND:
Mr. David is recognized as the founder of SwissX and has long been an advocate for human rights. He has held various media positions, including with the BBC and various global digital platforms. Previously, he has testified before Caribbean courts about systemic corruption in international media and digital crimes. This recent filing, if accepted, could instigate a significant media-related criminal investigation akin to the infamous phone-hacking scandal.
RAY J JOINS LEGAL FIGHT AGAINST MEDIA SYNDICATE — “TRUTH HAS ONE WITNESS: ME”
In a remarkable turn of events related to High Court Claim No. KB-2025-001991, Willie Ray Norwood Jr., popularly known as Ray J, has provided a blistering affidavit to the UK High Court, revealing years of manipulation and organized crime. His testimony supplements the broader RICO-style claims being advanced by Alkiviades David.
He declares without hesitation that he is prepared to confront his accusers publicly, particularly responding to unfounded claims regarding the Kardashian family's alleged involvement in racketeering, stating, “Bring it to open court.”
Ray J highlights substantial evidence, including emails indicating Hulu's breaches of settlement agreements, details of a handwritten contract purportedly drafted by Kim Kardashian, and strategies related to disinformation in a polygraph episode. Furthermore, he articulates how attorney Lisa Bloom misled legal narratives linking him to the Whitney Houston case while revealing wrongful monetary appropriations from the Norwood family.
“Truth only has one witness: me,” Ray J asserts.
