Yung Filly, the popular YouTuber whose real name is Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos, is now facing additional legal issues after being charged with reckless driving in Australia. The 29-year-old is reportedly accused of driving at a speed of 158 km/h (98 mph) on a Perth highway, an incident that occurred last month on November 17, while he was on bail for a related case involving allegations of raping a woman.According to local police, Barrientos was apprehended in High Wycombe, where the speed limit is set at 100 km/h. Following the incident, authorities impounded his vehicle, and the influencer is scheduled to appear in court on November 19. During this court date, Barrientos will confront several serious charges: four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, and one charge of impeding normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure to an individual's neck. The alleged rape incident dates back to September, when it is claimed that Barrientos invited a woman in her 20s to his hotel room after performing at the nightclub Bar1 in Perth. While on tour to promote his music, the content creator has gained notoriety not only for his YouTube presence within the Beta Squad collective but also for appearances on shows such as ITV's Soccer Aid and Channel 4's Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer. In 2021, Barrientos earned a Mobo Award for best media personality, further elevating his status in the entertainment industry, now marred by serious criminal allegations.
