Furthermore, Dr. Plasencia allegedly provided instructions to Perry’s assistant on how to administer ketamine and supplied additional vials for use at home. He is among five individuals implicated in a purported underground operation that catered to Perry's drug requests, with the actor seeking more ketamine than what was medically prescribed to him for his depression.

Between late September and early October, Dr. Plasencia is said to have sold a number of vials of ketamine and syringes to Perry and his assistant. Attempts to reach Dr. Plasencia's legal counsel for comments on the case have been unsuccessful.
