Zimbabwean star Divine Lunga survives gun attack in Johannesburg

Zimbabwean footballer Divine Lunga has survived a gun attack in Johannesburg, the police said.
Lunga, 31, was driving in the inner‑city suburb of Hillbrow on Sunday when his car was shot at by an unknown gunman, according to local reports.
The national team player, who also plays for Mamelodi Sundowns, escaped unharmed.
South Africa continues to struggle with a high crime rate.
Police spokesperson Captain Tintswalo Sibeko said they are investigating the case of attempted murder but no arrests have been made yet.
According to The Citizen, Lunga was on his way to church with his younger brother when the suspect opened fire on their car, apparently mistaking him for an undercover police officer.
