Meanwhile, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi called on Vladimir Putin to move beyond endless war to a “peaceful end” during a Kyrgyzstan security summit.
The attack also hit the nearby town of Boryspil, where an apartment building was struck and eight civilians were killed, including a 26‑year‑old Indian citizen. The legislative branch noted the ongoing damage as part of an expanded campaign that included nine other Ukrainian regions.
