A model from Los Angeles, Brianna Stern, has initiated a civil lawsuit against Andrew Tate, the infamous online figure known for his derogative views about women. Filed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, Stern’s lawsuit makes serious accusations, stating that Tate physically and sexually abused her throughout their relationship which began last July. Stern recounts instances of being choked, beaten, and verbally degraded, enduring abusive behavior that escalated during a recent hotel encounter in California. This lawsuit marks another significant development in Tate's controversial life, as he is already under investigation in multiple countries, including the UK and Romania, for serious charges such as human trafficking and sex crimes.Tate and his brother, Tristan, were previously subjected to nearly two years of house arrest in Romania while authorities conducted inquiries into their alleged involvement in various crimes. The pair were released earlier this year in February. In response to Stern's allegations, a legal representative for Andrew Tate has dismissed the claims as insincere and motivated by financial gain. “This is a blatant cash grab — a desperate attempt by a sad individual to exploit Andrew’s success and reputation for personal gain,” they stated. They further emphasized that Stern's motives seem to revolve around seeking money and attention rather than genuine justice.Within the comprehensive 30-page document of the lawsuit, Stern details her experiences and claims that Tate exerted psychological control over her, further threatening her with violence during their time together.
