The clip, shared by Carolina Molina on Instagram, shows an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer pointing a handgun at her while she delivered business cards in Falls Church, Virginia.

Molina says she was simply traveling when ICE agents surrounded her vehicle and the officer walked to her car, presenting a firearm. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security countered that she "attempted to harm officers by weaponizing her vehicle".
