This clip was erroneously attributed to a Druse cleric, which has sparked outrage within the community.Local Druse leaders, along with the cleric in question, have publicly denied the allegations, insisting that the clip should not be attributed to any of their religious figures. The Syrian Ministry of Interior has stated that preliminary investigations suggest the cleric bears no responsibility for the unrest and has called for an atmosphere of calm.As tensions mounted, armed groups began to assemble in armored vehicles and commenced heavy shelling of the city, while fierce gun battles erupted in the vicinity.
